1. Who these terms are with

In these policies, “Sentrasec”, “we” and “us” mean Sentrasec. You can reach us at legal@sentrasec.ai or through the contact page.

By creating an account, starting a trial or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use Sentrasec for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

Sentrasec scans your applications, decides which findings need action, and produces remediation and test plans. It is delivered as software: the web app at console.sentrasec.ai, the command-line tool and the MCP server. Sentrasec does not change your code. Any change is made by you or by a coding agent you run, and you are responsible for reviewing and testing it before it ships.

The open-source engine has its own licence, which governs your use of that software and is not changed by these terms.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• Free trial: 30 days, up to 2 projects and 1 user, with full platform access. No payment is taken for the trial.
• Team: $249 per month for up to 5 projects and 10 users, with all core capabilities and 2 compliance frameworks per project. More frameworks are available as in-app purchases. Additional projects are $30 per project per month.
• Enterprise: priced and documented in a separate written agreement.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or bank details. A monthly Team plan renews automatically each month, charging the same payment method, until you cancel it. A yearly Team plan is paid upfront for 12 months at a 10% discount and does not renew automatically. Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund policy and the cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

Sentrasec includes active testing such as DAST. You may only scan systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test. Scanning systems without authorisation is prohibited and may be unlawful. You must not use Sentrasec to attack, overload or gain unauthorised access to any system, or try to break or bypass its security or usage limits.

5. Your code and data

You keep all rights to your code, findings and other content. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

6. Accounts

Keep your login details and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Credentials you connect to Sentrasec are stored encrypted at rest, as described in the privacy policy. Tell us promptly at legal@sentrasec.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the hosted service available but do not promise uninterrupted access unless a written agreement says so. We may improve or change features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before your next payment. Self-hosted deployments run on your infrastructure, and their availability is yours to manage.

8. No guarantee of completeness

No security tool finds every vulnerability. Sentrasec is one control among others. Triage decisions, remediation plans and test plans are provided as guidance, and the service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Sentrasec at any time; see the cancellation policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly the acceptable use section, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell you by email before it applies.
