Cancellation policy
Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

In these policies, “Sentrasec”, “we” and “us” mean Sentrasec. You can reach us at legal@sentrasec.ai or through the contact page.
How to cancel
A monthly Team plan renews automatically each month until you cancel it. A yearly Team plan is paid once for 12 months and does not renew automatically. To cancel a monthly plan, close your workspace or stop a plan you have bought, email billing@sentrasec.ai from your account email, or use the contact page. We confirm every cancellation by email. A cancellation received at least one working day before the next renewal date stops that renewal.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- No further payment is taken.
- Your workspace data is kept for 30 days after access ends, so you can export it or come back. After that it is deleted, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Cancelling a trial
The free trial takes no payment, so there is nothing to cancel. It simply ends after 30 days.
Refunds
Cancelling does not refund the current period. See the refund policy.
If we cancel
If we close an account for breaching the terms of service, we tell you why. If we discontinue a paid plan ourselves, we refund the unused part of the current period.
