Shipping and delivery policy
Sentrasec is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.
Who this applies to
In these policies, “Sentrasec”, “we” and “us” mean Sentrasec. You can reach us at legal@sentrasec.ai or through the contact page.
What you receive
Sentrasec is a software service. When you buy a plan you get access to the web app at console.sentrasec.ai, the command-line tool and the MCP server. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
When it is delivered
Access is provided to the email address used at checkout, normally within one working day of a verified payment. We email you when your plan is active.
If access does not arrive
If you have paid and do not have access within two working days, email billing@sentrasec.ai with the Razorpay payment ID. If we cannot provide access, we refund the payment as set out in the refund policy.
